Trade Talk: High-end hopes dashed by center’s discounters
NORMAN — While high-end retailers seem to be waiting for the economy to rebound to get into expansion mode, discounters such as Dots and $1 Jewelry Galore are gobbling up retail space in Norman’s University North Park.
Shopping in Norman has expanded exponentially, but Normanites are still waiting patiently for the truly high-end experience.
