Thunder's Russell Westbrook loses dunk contest voting

The Oregonian has announced that Rudy Fernandez received more on-line votes than the Thunder’s Russell Westbrook or Milwaukee’s Joe Alexander to earn the rookie spot in the All-Star Game slam dunk contest Feb. 14 in Phoenix .

Fernandez’s dunk over Dwight Howard in the Olympics could have been a key factor. Sergio Rodriguez , Fernandez’s good friend, has declined to join him for the All-Star Game. ...
