Charlie Hanger, now the Noble County sheriff, will speak at 1:30 p.m. on the second floor of the memorial museum, 620 N Harvey.

Hanger is making the presentation as part of the museum's First Person: Stories of Hope series, which was developed to give visitors the opportunity to hear from bombing survivors, rescuers and family members about their experiences.

Hanger, now 52, was an Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper on April 19, 1995, when he stopped McVeigh 78 miles north of Oklahoma City because his car tag was missing.

The First Person program is included in the museum's admission price.
