CB Richard Ellis-Oklahoma announces the following transactions:

• Tuscany Village LLC paid $9.7 million to Lakeside Village Properties for the 500-unit Wilshire Village Apartments, 6900 London Way. The apartment complex was built in 1973 and 1978 and has 492,558 square feet of space. Eva Wills, William Forrest and David Forrest handled the transaction. Jackie Hatton with Capital Abstract was the closing agent.

• Conn's leased 18,000 square feet of space at 1600 SE 66. John Lenochan handled the lease.

• Southerland Inc. leased 75,000 square feet of space at 7900 SW 34. Lenochan handled the lease.

• Oasis Church leased 2,400 square feet of space at 322 and 324 S Santa Fe Ave. in Edmond. Alaina McGlothlin handled the lease.

• Cellar Wine & Spirits leased 10,810 square feet of space at 8337 N Rockwell Ave. McGlothlin, Brian Donahue and Mark Inman handled the lease.

• Rue 21 leased 5,000 square feet of space at the Shops at Moore, SE 19 and Interstate 35. Inman handled the lease.

• Qdoba Mexican Grill leased 3,000 square feet of space in Midwest City Town Center Plaza, SE 29 and Air Depot Blvd. Donahue handled the lease.

• Economy Hearing Aid Centers Inc. leased 1,840 square feet of space in Landmark Towers, 3555 NW 58. Brent Conway and A.J. Jacobs handled the lease.

• Optimed renewed a lease for 623 square feet of space at Landmark Tower. Conway and Jacobs handled the lease.

• William Morgan Real Estate renewed a lease for 806 square feet of space at Landmark Towers. Conway and Jacobs handled the lease.

• HHS Texas Management Inc. leased 1,875 square feet of space in Three Broadway Executive Park, 6501 N Broadway. Tom Lange and Jim Austin with CB Richard Ellis-Oklahoma and Don Faulker with Wiggin Properties handled the lease.

• AT&T renewed a lease for 125,000 square feet of space at 607 N Miller. Lange, Austin and Larry Stanphill handled the lease.

• DFA LLC leased 11,700 square feet of space at 4701 S Rockwell Ave. Stanphill handled the lease.

• S&S Oklahoma Salon & Spa LLC, doing business as Sweet and Sassy, leased 3,600 square feet of space in Edmond University Plaza III, 315 S Blackwelder Ave. in Edmond. Stuart Graham handled the lease.

• Yakety Yak Wireless leased 1,250 square feet of space in Edmond University Plaza III, 327 S Blackwelder Ave. Graham handled the lease.

• Freebirds World Burrito leased 2,649 square feet of space in Campus Corner, 750 Asp in Norman. Graham handled the lease.

• Globe Capital Home Loans LLC leased 6,000 square feet of space at 2630 Northwest Expressway. Graham and West Gotcher handled the lease.

•Mid West City PX LLC, doing business as Panda Express, leased 0.84 acre in Midwest City Town Center. Graham handled the lease.

• Directory Distributing Associates leased 17,560 square feet of space at 4132 Will Rogers Parkway. David Portman handled the lease.

• Frisbie Food Co. leased 6,508 square feet of space at 901 Enterprise Ave. Portman handled the lease.

• B.M.P./O.K.C. Inc. leased 9,319 square feet of space at 4230 Charter Ave. Portman handled the lease.

• Biagi Warehousing Inc. renewed and expanded its lease to 90,000 square feet of space in Airport Distribution Center, 5200 SW 36. Portman handled the lease.

• In Services Inc. renewed its lease for 3,799 square feet of space in Atrium Towers, 3501 NW 63. Amy Dunn handled the lease.

• Revenue Management Solutions LLC renewed and expanded its lease to 3,608 square feet of space in Atrium Towers. Dunn handled the lease.

• FedEx Ground Package leased 60,000 square feet of space at Airport Distribution Center. Portman handled the lease.
