Tulsa Police have arrested a man in connection with a possible meth lab scene Friday that involved a woman being set on fire. Kenneth Kelly McCurley , 23, was booked into the Tulsa Jail about 6 a.m. Saturday on complaints of arson and assault with a deadly weapon, according to jail records.
