Help OK’d for former workers
Former workers of Camfil Farr in Shawnee have been ruled eligible for the Trade Readjustment Assistance program by the U.S. Department of Labor. TRA provides help to those who lose jobs or significant work hours because of increased imports. Certified workers can access services such as income support, relocation and job search allowances, and health coverage tax credits. Workers should contact Workforce Oklahoma Center at (888)-980-9675.
Enogex sells $250M of notes
Enogex LLC sold $250 million of its 6.25 percent 10-year seniors note of Tuesday, parent company
OGE Energy Corp. announced. Enogex will use proceeds from the sale to repay a portion of the $289.2 million outstanding aggregate principal amount of its 8.125 percent senior notes, which mature on Jan. 15.
Newsweek praises Devon
Devon Energy Corp. has been tabbed as the top independent oil and gas producer in
Newsweek magazine’s "green rankings.” Devon’s environmental efforts earned it the No. 160 spot on the magazine’s list, which ranks the top 500 S&P companies.
Syntroleum reports decline

Syntroleum Corp. reported third-quarter losses of $270,000, although shareholders did not lose any money. The company made $838,000 in the same period of 2008, when shareholders earned 2 cents a share.
Vaughan Foods narrows loss
MOORE —
Vaughan Foods narrowed its third-quarter loss to $218,000, down from a $1.2 million net loss in the same period last year.

Herb Grimes said he was "encouraged” by the improvement in earnings.
