Authorities say 20-year-old Nicholas Watts is charged with cultivation of marijuana, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute and maintaining a house to keep or sell a controlled dangerous substance.

Police say Watts called 911 on April 14 after finding his roommate David Henry unresponsive. Paramedics found Henry dead.

Watts told officers Henry had used heroin the night before.

Police then searched the house and say they found bags of marijuana, a marijuana growing operation, marijuana plants, LSD, a handgun and nearly $13,000 in cash.
