OSU's secondary NCAA violations from July 2008 to June 2009

According to correspondence between Oklahoma State University and the NCAA obtained by The Oklahoman through an open records request, the OSU athletics department reported nine secondary rules violations in a one-year span from July 2008 to June 2009.
