Elyxis and two other teenage girls were found dead, all three members of the Northern Arapaho Tribe, in early June 2008, though federal officials have not said what killed them. However, tribal leaders say the deaths highlight the scourge of drugs and alcohol on the reservation. (AP Photo/Ben Neary)
