Former OU linebacker Mike Balogun to seek damages from NCAA

Former Oklahoma linebacker Mike Balogun , who was de-certified by the NCAA last August and missed the entire 2009 Sooner season, said Tuesday he is planning to seek monetary damages from the NCAA.
