Film, screened in Stillwater, to address dog dealer issues

STILLWATER — The founder of an animal rights group will show a documentary tonight focusing on abuses by a class of animal dealers.

Chris DeRose , founder of Last Chance for Animals, said he has yet to see a random-source dealer where the animals are treated humanely.
