Request for Qualifications Delaware Tribe of Indians 5110 Tuxedo Boulevard Bartlesville, OK 74006 The Delaware Tribe of Indians is seeking Design/Build services for a Resource Education Center Expansion project. The estimated total cost which includes both facilities and parking is approximately: $680,000.00. The scope of the designbuild services includes, but is not limited to: surveying, design, site development and construction of this facility. The successful respondent will be responsible for surveys, securing all permits, verifying zoning criteria and compliance with all Federal Regulation. Indian owned (51% or greater) Construction Contractors will be given preference for this contract. Selection of an Indian Owned Design/Build construction firm will be based on evaluation of the following in descending order: Firm Experience / Qualifications, with points available from 0-25; Staff Experience/Qualifications, with points available from 0-25; Availability to meet Schedule, with points available from 0-15; Responsive­ ness to the Tribe´s needs; with points available from 0-15, Firm Past De­ sign/Build Performance, with points available from 0-15; This project is subject to Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 12 U.S.C. 1701u and 24 CFR Part 135 which implement the Act. These regulations will be incorporated into all contracts and sub-contracts. Offeror´s can be a partnership, corporation, association, and/or other legal entity which will have contractual responsibility for the project. A proposed joint venture should provide profiles for all firms in the joint venture. Provide four Qualification packets, including all items as stated above, for selection. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) will review all aspects of this project.
