Charges filed in Oklahoma City baby death
A dead baby’s parents were charged Friday with first-degree murder.
Willis Joe Lambert Jr. , 37, and Latrice Sharron Russel, 33, of Oklahoma City are accused in the June 9 death of Rachael Michelle Lambert . She was 6 months old.
