OU football: Ground attack fuels romp

COLLEGE STATION , Texas — On the game’s second play, running back DeMarco Murray raced through a gaping hole 70 yards down the sidelines to the Texas A&M 16-yard line.

Two rushes later, Oklahoma held a 7-0 lead.

The running attack continued to hum Saturday, igniting the sixth-ranked Sooners to a 66-28 victory over Texas A&M before 85,603 at Kyle Field .
