ATLANTA - Former Oklahoma golf standout Anthony Kim comes up just short in his bid to win the Tour Championship today.

Kim missed a 30-foot putt on the final hole that would have put him into a playoff with Camilo Villegas and Sergio Garcia.

Villegas went on to win the one-hole playoff, giving him his second straight win after 85 PGA Tour starts without a victory.

Kim held a share of the lead for a time on the back nine at East Lake in Atlanta, but didn't make a birdie after the 11th hole. He finished with a 1-under 69 and tied for third with Phil Mickelson.

Villegas overcame a five-shot deficit by making six birdies over his last 11 holes for a 4-under 66.
