Attorney wants case dismissed
An Oklahoma City man was sentenced Friday to a mandatory term of life in prison without parole, although his attorney still hopes to have the case dismissed.

Jamie John Cruz , 45, was convicted Feb. 7 of two counts of lewd acts with a child. Because of a prior conviction for the same offense, jurors had only one choice when it came to sentencing.
