Man charged in starvation of animals
Seven cruelty counts were filed against owner of farm where neglected horses were found.

MEDFORD — A Grant County man was charged with seven felony counts of animal cruelty Tuesday, accused of starving horses and dumping more than 30 animal carcasses in a ravine on his farm.
