KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Bob Stoops' circuit of BCS bowls is complete.

For the first time since the 1982 season, Oklahoma is headed to the Fiesta Bowl.

The Sooners had already been to the Orange (twice), Rose and Sugar bowls in Stoops' eight-year tenure.

The Sooners will face Boise State, which crashed the BCS party with a perfect season.

Boise State (12-0) qualified with a BCS ranking of at least No. 8.

The Broncos could be picked by the Rose, Sugar or Orange Bowls, but are almost certain to fall to the Fiesta Bowl.

Which is fine with them. They're just glad to be the second team from a non-BCS league to get to a BCS bowl; Utah played in the Fiesta Bowl in 2004.

"Bring 'em on," Boise State receiver Jerard Rabb told the Idaho Statesman, referring to either OU or Nebraska. "That's all I can say."

Nebraska (9-4) will play Arkansas (10-3) in the Cotton Bowl.
