N ORMAN — Jeff Capel has settled in as the Oklahoma Sooner basketball coach. Even moved into a new house.

Don't know what street it's on, but I know on what street it's not.

Capel has left the basketball-mad hills of North Carolina and Virginia for the football-crazy Southwest, a culture shock that could and has driven many a gym rat nuts.
