Game balls: A surprise star

Easily the star of the game, Williams had a team-high nine tackles, two sacks and an interception. He nearly took the pick back for a touchdown, but barely stepped out of bounds.

In what might have been his last performance at Owen Field, Peterson finished with 183 yards, including a couple of his usual highlight-reel runs, and two touchdowns.

His numbers, four catches for 50 yards and two touchdowns, could have been even better. He had a 35-yard reception erased by penalty in the first quarter.
