Bomar, Quinn apologize
NORMAN - In an interview Thursday with Oklahoma City television station KOCO-TV, Rhett Bomar and J.D. Quinn issued apologies for violating NCAA rules by accepting pay for hours they did not work at a Norman car dealership.
