First office loft condo in downtown bought
Attorney Mack Martin has bought the first office loft condo in downtown Oklahoma City .
Martin is taking a full 5,000-square-foot floor of 125 Park Avenue, a five-story office building renovated by Precor Ruffin Properties just west of the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce .
Martin said he looked for office space to buy downtown -- but not an entire building -- for more than 10 years.
