The
Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum has released a list of speakers scheduled through Sept. 2 for its weekly series of First Person programs.
Each First Person program is presented at 1:30 p.m. Friday on the second floor of the museum, 620 N Harvey.
Executive Director Kari F. Watkins said the "First Person: Stories of Hope" series was developed to give visitors the opportunity to hear some remarkable stories about the April 19, 1995, federal building bombing from family members, survivors and rescue workers.
Scheduled speakers are:
Friday -- survivor
Mary Mowdy.
Aug. 5. -- family member
Deborah Gomez.
Aug. 12 -- rescuer
Ellie Lottinville.
Aug. 19 -- family member
Lori Randolph Neace.
Aug. 26 -- rescuer Robin Gurwitch.
Sept. 2 -- survivor
Fran Ferrari.
Speakers for the programs are drawn from the museum's volunteers, board or committee members, Watkins said.
After a brief video introduction, a moderator will introduce the speaker and conduct a 20-minute interview, followed by a 10-minute question-and-answer session with visitors.
The First Person program is included in the museum's admission price.
